About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Traffic Engineer to join our Yorkshire & Humber Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality traffic engineering services to our clients.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in traffic engineering, with experience in the use of TSRGD 2016, TSM chapters, DMRB, LTN1/20, LTN1/24 and other relevant design standards and guidance documents. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare detailed reports, documentation and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality traffic engineering services to clients
* Prepare detailed reports, documentation and presentations
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

Requirements:

* Excellent knowledge and application in the use of TSRGD 2016, TSM chapters, DMRB, LTN1/20, LTN1/24 and other relevant design standards and guidance documents
* Skilled user of AutoCAD and associated 'KEY' design packages (or equivalents)
* Involvement in the full project lifecycle, including budget/finance control and progress reporting
* Ability to prepare detailed reports, documentation and presentations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Familiar with Highways Act Sec. 278, 38 and 106 agreements
* UK Experience within a public, private or third sector UK based client
* A full UK drivers license is essential

Desirable:

* HND, HNC, BEng, MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline would be an advantage
* IEng CEng
