Job Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Construction Health and Safety Team as an Apprentice Construction Health and Safety Advisor.

About the Role: As a member of our team, you will support and assist in the provision of construction health and safety services to both internal and external clients. You will work closely with senior members of the group to deliver these services and contribute to the growth and success of our developing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of pre-construction information, including reviewing and preparing construction phase plans and method statements.
  • Provide advice to contractors on CDM regulations and undertake site inspections to ensure compliance.
  • Support colleagues at design team meetings and set up projects, providing administrative support as required.
  • Work under direction to deliver the duties of the Principal Designer and undertake site inspections and monitoring visits to determine health & safety compliance.
  • Attend project, design, and other meetings, escalating issues as required by the project plan.
  • Ensure projects are completed efficiently and within the resource profile.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent), including Maths & English at A*- C or 4 - 9.
  • Aged 18+ at the point your apprenticeship begins.
  • Right to Work in the UK, without requiring visa sponsorship.
  • Passionate about the construction industry and eager to learn.
