Job Role: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Ealing. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting teachers in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons, as well as providing KS1 and KS2 support across all subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support teachers in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons
  • Provide KS1 and KS2 support across all subjects
  • Assist with after-school clubs, music, or cooking activities
  • Support children 1:1 (if necessary)
  • Work with students who have ADHD
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with staff and students

Requirements:

  • A passionate Teaching Assistant with experience of working with children with additional needs
  • Flexible and able to work as part of a team to improve outcomes for pupils
  • Able to plan and deliver a range of interventions for pupils to support their academic and emotional wellbeing
  • Actively engaged in improving their own skills through seeking constructive feedback
