Job Overview
Packaging and binding are crucial in presenting your work professionally. We are seeking an experienced Packaging Technician Lead to oversee the entire process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

About the Role
The Packaging Technician Lead will be responsible for operating various machines such as the Polar Guillotine, Stahl folders, Muller stitcher, Muller binders & MBO folding machines. They will also be involved in guillotining, creasing, machine and manual print finishing, laminating, folding, booklet making, bench work, and driving. This role requires someone who is adaptable, has strong organizational skills, and can prioritize tasks efficiently.
