Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Gas Supervisor Technical Team Leader to enable the delivery of our future growth strategy. This role involves managing contract requirements, working predominantly in the field, and leading a team of engineers to undertake various tasks in domestic and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable the delivery of future growth strategy by managing contract requirements for gas installs, maintenance, and repairs, as well as void tasks, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance.
  • Meet client and business KPIs by effectively managing teams and ensuring timely delivery of works.
  • Deputise for line management and support the team in the field and back office with end-to-end processes.
Requirements:
  • A recognised formal training qualification, such as NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent.
  • ACS qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT are essential.
  • LPG and UNVENTED qualifications are desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of gas legislation and company procurement processes.
