Planning Solicitor NQ-3 PQE Role

About the Role

This planning solicitor position requires a qualified lawyer with up to 3 years' PQE and solid planning experience. You will provide general planning advice, handle CPO matters, public inquiry work, enforcement issues, and High Court litigation. Additionally, you will be involved in judicial review matters and support corporate transactions.
