Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems & Safety Management System Manager to provide direction and guidance to the Quality Systems team. The successful candidate will oversee product safety issues across the factory and collaborate with the supplier Quality Manager to improve our quality system. This leadership role will involve developing and implementing quality systems aligned with regulatory requirements and leading internal audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality systems
  2. Lead internal audits
  3. Design and implement a world-class safety management system
  4. Collaborate with customers, regulators, and suppliers
  5. Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams
  6. Develop processes and procedures to support organisational growth and complexity

Requirements:

  • Engineering or technical degree
  • Proven experience in safety management, including human factors
  • Knowledge of accident/incident investigation and risk analysis
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis methodologies
  • Familiarity with quality systems (21g, 145, AS9100, ISO9001)
  • 5+ years' experience in quality systems, with 3+ years in a leadership role
