About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at easyJet Airline Company PLC. As a key member of our Network and Airports team, you will be responsible for maximizing the availability and utilization of our fleet of over 300 aircraft to drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define the commercial availability of aircraft across several dimensions for each season (e.g. gauge, phasing, AOCs) to create stable planning assumptions
* Manage the trade-offs across our footprint of bases
* Implement capacity allocation decisions defined by the Network team
* Own the relationship between the Fleet Procurement team and the commercial and operational teams

Requirements:

* Highly numerate with strong analytical skillset and able to run complex analysis, allocation models and business casing for strategic projects
* Expert in MS Excel
* Strong grasp of the European short haul competitive landscape
* Highly organized and delivery focused
* Fluent English speaker
