Graduate PR Assistant

Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in public relations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate PR Assistant to join our team at Alexander James Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our PR team in various tasks, including media relations, copywriting, and client portfolio management. As a Graduate PR Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement PR strategies
  • Develop and maintain media relations with key contacts
  • Focus on copywriting across client portfolios, including press releases, articles, and social media content
  • Work with the in-house design team to create engaging visual content
  • Support directors in new business activities, including pitch development and client presentations

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive starting salary of £25k, with the potential for a pay rise before the end of the first year. You will also receive hybrid working arrangements, an early finish on Fridays, and a dynamic, intellectually stimulating work environment.
