Job Overview
The post requires a skilled practitioner to co-ordinate and support the molecular radiotherapy pathway in the Radiotherapy and Nuclear Medicine department at UCLH. The successful candidate will work with a large and innovative team, handling a diverse workload, including paediatric, teenagers, and young adults, as well as adults. Research and data inputting may be required.
Main Duties
The candidate will be a recognised expert in their field, setting an example to junior staff and advising colleagues in other areas. They will deputise for management as needed, addressing day-to-day operational issues. The successful candidate will utilise their interpersonal skills to inspire, motivate, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to improve services. They will work within the quality system, questioning and proposing changes to procedures when necessary.
