We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our award-winning team in Galashiels and the surrounding areas. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily routines, meal preparation, and companionship.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements
