Key Responsibilities- Merchandising and handling deliveries to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Replenishing stock, maintaining pricing, and implementing promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
- Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and offering product recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the toy aisles and surrounding areas
- Collaborating with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
- Flexibility to work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 7pm, with varying shift patterns and overtime opportunities
- Ability to work independently, use initiative, and take pride in your work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
