A key aspect of this role is leading a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional results. You will provide clear direction, instruction, and guidance through effective performance management, inspiring skills development and embedding organisational change.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (or similar), a professional qualification such as Institute of Asset Management Certificate or Incorporated / Chartered status, and experience of working within a political and public-facing organisation.
