Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team at Chestnut Manor Care Home in Wanstead, East London. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

About the Role
  • Support residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, and assisting with meals
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
About You
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK
  • Exhibit a caring and compassionate nature, with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable, but full training is provided
