As a MET Technician Lead, you'll be part of a great team of 10 technicians and 8 support staff, enjoying a fantastic work-life balance and benefiting from our exclusive colleague-only vehicle-leasing schemes.

With over 1000 repairs completed annually, our workshop provides a never-ending stream of work, ensuring your bonus potential is high. You'll have the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year, plus public holidays and an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.
