About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data QC Analyst to join our team at Kantar Group. As a key member of our Quality Control (QC) Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our data.

In this exciting position, you will be responsible for evaluating data received from BARB homes, identifying potential faults, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in maintaining high data quality standards.

Your Responsibilities
  • Evaluate data from BARB homes and identify potential faults that require further investigation.
  • Review data collected from new homes to ensure it meets all necessary criteria for inclusion on the active panel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Panel Admin Team and field engineers, to progress issues affecting data quality.
  • Provide guidance and support to field engineers on data quality issues and help them troubleshoot problems.
  • Utilize various tools and dashboards to investigate data quality issues and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supervise the performance and efficiency of other team members, including technicians and data entry specialists.
  • Ensure that all QC activities are completed within specified timeframes to meet contract Service Level Agreements.
Your Profile
  • You have good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Access, and Power BI.
  • You have experience running statistical data analyses, either in a previous role or as part of an academic qualification.
  • You are familiar with various tools and dashboards used for data investigation and quality control, such as SQL and Python.
  • You have the ability to evaluate and interpret data accurately to identify potential faults and unusual trends.
  • You are willing to work unsociable hours on a rota basis at weekends and bank holidays.
