Scientific Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientific Analyst to join our team at Resolian UK. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine analysis of samples, preparing reagents and solutions, and developing and validating analytical methods.

1. Performing analytical testing of samples using chromatography and other wet chemistry techniques
2. Preparing reagents and solutions for use in analysis
3. Developing and validating analytical methods under supervision
4. Supporting the team by undertaking training and performing projects in physical properties and materials characterisation areas
5. Providing high-quality reports and certificates of analysis to clients

• BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field, or substantial practical work experience
• Minimum of one year relevant experience of analysis in a pharmaceutical testing laboratory
• Working knowledge of a wide range of techniques such as HPLC/UPLC, laser diffraction, microscopy, thermal analysis, PXRD etc.
• Strong foundation of basic principles of chemistry and separation science
