Conveyancer/Residential Solicitor

ACS Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Conveyancer/Residential Solicitor to join our team in Coventry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception to conclusion, including sales and purchase, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis
  • Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders
  • Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work
  • Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets
  • Manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision
About the Role:

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant qualification (solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience of managing your own caseload. Recent practical experience of working in the legal profession is essential, as is a proven track record in Conveyancing client case management and fee earning. You should be organised and process-driven, commercially astute, and committed to providing an excellent standard of client care.
