Master Technician

Salary: £45,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled Master Technician to join our team at Hales Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Workshop Supervisor and Mobile Fitter.

The ideal candidate will have experience in workshop supervision or mobile fitting, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise workshop operations and mobile fitting activities.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
• Manage and train team members.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
