Job Title: Reward Equity Manager


About the Role:


JAM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Reward Equity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of reward equity professionals and advising business leaders on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead a team of experienced reward equity professionals to ensure effective implementation of reward equity policies and processes.
  • Provide expert advice on reward equity/bonus policy development and implementation, process design and documentation, and payroll compliance to business leaders.
  • Develop and implement global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals.
  • Cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology to streamline work.
  • Prepare global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.


Requirements:


  • Previous reward equity experience gained within a corporate or consulting environment is essential.
  • Additional global mobility, compensation, payroll, and taxation experience is highly desirable.
  • Previous people management experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting the highest standards of service.
