Job Summary:
Rullion Limited is seeking an experienced BMS Project Engineer to join its solutions delivery and design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Building Management Systems (BMS) for a diverse range of projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical installations, control panel design, and BMS software, with experience in HVAC systems, BMS software, and best practices.

About the Role:
- Design and implement comprehensive scope packages for individual disciplines, including motor control panel design and production, software configuration, graphic packages, and installation and commissioning scope detail
- Coordinate the delivery of separate packages with external suppliers and internal resources located locally and remotely
- Maintain accurate and detailed technical records and produce Project O&M Manuals
- Conduct system commissioning, including field wiring checks and motor rotations, control panel adjustments, and full control circuit

Requirements:
- Minimum HNC qualified in a relevant discipline
- Significant industry experience in control and automation at technician/engineer level working in a critical and secure environment
- Excellent IT skills
- Demonstrated complex problem-solving skills
- Strong team-player, flexible, and able to work effectively without close supervision
