We are excited to offer an apprenticeship opportunity that combines motorsports with personal development skills.

Job Overview

The role is based at the Trax Motor Project in Oxford, where you will work closely with our team to deliver a range of activities and programs for young people.

About the Role

This apprenticeship is designed for individuals who are passionate about motorsports and want to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the team to deliver timetables and activities that cater to the needs of young people
  • Support participants in gaining Entry 3 or Level 1 qualifications in mechanics, personal and social development, and functional skills in maths, English, and ICT
  • Help participants prepare for job searching, CVs, and interviews
  • Contribute to the Moving on Programme and help participants find further training opportunities
Qualifications and Training

No formal qualifications are required, but you will have the opportunity to gain Entry 3 or Level 1 qualifications in mechanics, personal and social development, and functional skills in maths, English, and ICT.

Working Hours

The working hours for this role are from 10am to 3pm.
