As a Systems Engineer at Roke, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging technical programs, collaborating closely with our defense clients to develop innovative and effective solutions.

This is a customer-facing role, requiring strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver system architectures and designs from concept through to build.
  • Apply and adapt system design skills to specific areas of business challenge or opportunity.
  • Grow and manage architecture products, developing data models, standards, and processes.
  • Understand and interpret business or technical requirements, translating them into defined system models.
  • Validate and verify solutions, derisking end delivery.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of architecture methodologies, standards, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Requirements elicitation and management.
  • Configuration management and baseline development through lifecycle.
  • Appreciation of technical challenges in Military Communications and Information Systems.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a related subject or have equivalent experience in a relevant engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
