Job Summary:

This role involves managing operational activities within budget allocations, leading a team of SGN employees or contractors, and driving performance improvements through innovation and challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Ensure efficient and effective service delivery, manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promote a safe working environment, and provide coaching and leadership to team members.
  • Safety and Compliance: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with gas industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of the gas industry, including legislation and health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Competitive Salary: £8k per annum, dependent on skills and qualifications, plus a range of benefits and perks, including a competitive pension scheme and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.
