Job Title: Literacy Advocate - Cheshunt, Watford

Job Description: We are seeking a volunteer to provide one-to-one reading support to learners in the community. As a literacy advocate, you will be at the heart of our organisation, supporting learners to improve their reading skills through the delivery of Turning Pages Digital sessions.

About Us: Shannon Trust is committed to addressing low literacy and numeracy. Our volunteers play a vital role in enhancing our business support team and providing training for mentors in prisons.

Your Role: As a volunteer education coach, you will work with learners to help them achieve their goals. You may be working one-to-one or as part of a small team. Your contributions will be invaluable in helping us create a positive impact on learning.

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
