About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Materials Testing Field Technician to join our team at E3 Recruitment. As a key member of our field operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of materials testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site testing and extraction of asphalt, aggregates, earthworks, and concrete
  • Operate manual tools to extract materials, with a maximum tool weight of 10 kg
  • Handle and transport materials and samples with care
  • Collaborate with the Site Services Team Leader to coordinate and schedule activities
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Provide support to other site personnel as needed

Requirements

  • GCSEs (grade C or above) in relevant subjects
  • Excellent attention to detail for accurate record-keeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full driving license
  • CSCS card preferred
  • Experience in construction or related fields is an asset
