We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our Support Centre functions and wider NHS Services Teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assisting with daily administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, internal and external events, coordinating travel arrangements and other company logistics
  • Supporting the Executive team with diary management, emails and meetings where required
  • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks as needed
  • Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
  • Helping the Executive Team in preparing for and minuting meetings, including managing the collation of relevant papers, action log and agendas.
  • Supporting communication between the Executive Team and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks
  • Overseeing office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed
