Part-Time Custodian

This part-time custodian position requires a flexible and reliable individual who can maintain access and egress points, complete daily site checks, and ensure electrical, fire, and safety checks are performed regularly. Our ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, possess good communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Key responsibilities:
• Performing daily site checks to ensure the facility is safe and secure;
• Completing regular electrical checks and recording results;
• Responding to alarm incidents and reporting any issues to the relevant authorities;
• Maintaining access and egress points, including setting and resetting alarms;

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to the smooth operation of the facility, and support the educational activities of pupils. Salary: £23,114 per annum (based on 10 hours per week, term time only).
