M Group Services is seeking a skilled Reservoir and Towers Civil Ganger to join our Water team, working on our IOS contract. As a key member of our operational delivery team, you will be responsible for the cleaning and lining of reservoirs and towers, as well as hatch re-bedding.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure all lining works are carried out safely and in line with manufacturers' procedures and IFU.
- Conduct risk assessments and set up sites.
- Remove sites and report defects and damage.
- Complete Inspection and Test Plans and monitor environmental conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site and mentor your team.
- Escalate any issues that arise on site.
- EUSR Water certification.
- SHEA Water certification.
- POSWSH certification.
- Lining product knowledge, including Premseal 100, Masterseal 933, Acothane DW, Sika Pro 3, Natcem, and Tapapure 150.
- CSCS certification.
- Confined space certification.
- Full driving license, including towing B+E.
