EngineeringUK is seeking a Site Process Optimization Engineer to work in the EU Process Engineering (EU PE) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deploying initiatives, building relationships with the FC team, and driving compliance within an assigned timeline.

The role involves collaborating with central PE functions and other Site PEs from the same region to clarify process-related doubts and leverage their expertise. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Diving deep into process performance by using available standard reporting or own created data analysis, and collecting feedback from the local team to create a tangible improvement plan.
  2. Working on Continuous Improvement with the FC, including implementing network best practices, sharing local initiatives with EU PE, and uploading big projects/ideas to the OP1 Project Intake.
  3. Deploying EU network initiatives assigned to the FC, ensuring execution within the right timeline and reaching compliance.
  4. Organizing weekly LSC Meetings with the FC Leadership Team, updating them on EU Variation Reduction, EU Projects rolled out in the FC, and FC Best practices shared at EU level.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A willingness to travel domestically and regionally is also required.

About the team: The EU PE team drives process stabilization, standardization, and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. They ensure operations teams are equipped with functional expertise to deliver expected gains for technology advances and network-wide process improvements.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
