About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join our team at Bright Horizons Crofton Day Nursery in South-East London.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing a team of Early Years professionals and developing engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

They will be responsible for maintaining a safe and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development.

The ideal candidate will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader or similar
