Graphic Artisan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director to lead our design team at Hatch Group. With a strong background in graphic design, the ideal candidate will possess excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our Design Lead to develop and implement design strategies across various sectors such as food, beverage, sport, and FMCG.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery of high-quality design projects, managing client relationships, and developing the brand look and feel for high-visibility campaigns and digital content.

A successful candidate will have minimum 5+ years' experience in graphic design, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for emerging design trends. They should also have a good understanding of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite and Microsoft Office.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
