Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Microbiology Lab Technician to join our team at Cenobiologics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our bio-implant products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct quality control tests on bio-implant products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  2. Manage packaging and labeling processes, including stock checks and associated paperwork.
  3. Prepare and package products for gamma sterilization, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
  4. Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Operating Procedures (QOPs), forms, and records.
  5. Perform pre-production activities, including autoclaving, incubating, cleaning the Clean Room and Corridor, and decontaminating equipment and environments using VHP.
  6. Assist with production activities in Clean Room ISO4 and 5.
  7. Conduct post-production activities, including microbiology testing and cleaning.
  8. Allocate catalogue codes and update product lists.
  9. Manage clinical waste and assist with raw material handling, including receiving, labeling, storing, and temperature controlling.

Requirements:

  • 'A' level Biology/Sciences required.
  • Degree in a Science subject desirable.
