Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Family Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our assessment and safeguarding team, you will be responsible for coordinating support services, developing relationships with service users, and promoting positive outcomes for children and families in need.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating home visits and meetings with service users to gather information and understand their circumstances.
- Developing and implementing individualised plans to address identified issues and promote positive outcomes for children and families.
- Working closely with other agencies and professionals to share knowledge and best practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Current DBS clearance.
- Valid driving license.
