Job Summary: We are seeking an Environmental Waste Controller to join our Plant Maintenance Team at CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility and all plant is maintained effectively in terms of statutory requirements, including health and safety, cost, quality, and delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong, professional knowledge and technical ability to manage, monitor and maintain the existing Effluent Waste Treatment Plant and other plant and equipment required for the needs of the business.
  • Provide technical support with regards to waste management, and quality service to other areas of the business.
  • Commit to being part of the on-call Incident Response Team for site, becoming point of contact for Plant breakdowns and capable of supporting other potential incidents on site, such as chemical spill and clean up.
  • Manage and control allocated Preventative Maintenance tasks.

    • Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage and maintain plant and equipment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility to work on-call and respond to plant breakdowns and other incidents.
