Section Engineer Position in UK Project

VGC Contract Opportunity:
">We are seeking a skilled Section Engineer to join our team on a large UK project. As a Section Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of site work, overseeing permits, and collaborating with subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely commencement of work.
- Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans, Quality Check Sheets, and method statements.
- Manage the distribution of information among stakeholders.
- Liaise with clients and other key stakeholders to address their concerns.
- Evaluate design drawings and report any inconsistencies or issues.
- Collaborate with other sections to ensure seamless workflow.
- Regularly review procedures to optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
- A degree in a civil engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience working on heavy civil projects.
- Proven expertise in ducting, drainage, earthworks, and waste water management.
Estimated Salary Range: £375 - £425 per day, depending on qualifications and experience.
