  • You'll be a caring and compassionate individual with experience in adult care.
  • You'll have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
  • You'll be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Description
  1. You'll maintain high levels of care by supporting/assisting residents with daily living activities.
  2. You'll provide training and supervision to junior staff members under senior staff guidance.
  3. You'll answer nurse calls and respond promptly to messages.
  4. You'll report on resident well-being and liaise with GPs and support managers.
  5. You'll carry out regular checks on clients at intervals determined by senior staff.
  6. You'll deliver personal and psychological care to residents in a professional manner.
  7. You'll complete records to a satisfactory standard within agreed timeframes.
