About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Laboratory Support Assistant to join our Analytical Development & QC team for a 12-month maternity cover. The successful candidate will provide essential laboratory activities in the Containment Level 2 and 3 laboratories and services to support the Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for laboratory equipment maintenance, including equipment files and service contracts.
  • Assist with the monitoring and controlling of temperature units within highly regulated laboratories.
  • Liaise and work with Equipment Engineering team and external engineers to organize equipment servicing and equipment repair.
  • Support the ADQC pipette clinic, including cleaning and preparing pipettes.
  • Oversee, maintain, and ensure quality of key stock consumables.
Requirements
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized and motivated with good attention to detail.
