Vehicle Service Administrator Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As a Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the invoice process, ensuring claims are processed correctly and efficiently, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  2. Coordinate with customers, management, and technicians to resolve warranty claims
  3. Manage warranty payments and invoice amounts
  4. Check and raise pro-forma invoices for customers
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a Service Administrator or Warranty Admin role
  2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  3. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
