Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Facilitator to join our team at Oza Holdings. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs to meet our SHEQ requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training plans to ensure a competent workforce
  • Deliver training interventions in accordance with MQA and DMRE requirements and standards
  • Assess and evaluate employees to determine competence
  • Manage the SHEQ training function at operational level
  • Supervise and coordinate training activities
  • Conduct training needs analysis and develop training programs
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Diploma in Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices or related
  • COMSOC or SAMTRAC 1 & 2
  • MQA Assessor accreditation
  • MQA Moderator accreditation
  • MQA Train-the-trainer accreditation
  • 8 years' experience in operational training and facilitation as a Training Officer
  • Good understanding of SHERQ and mining processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Valid driver's licence
