About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Systems Engineer to join our team at P Ducker Systems Ltd. As a Graduate Support Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our high-integrity control systems, working closely with our experienced engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for our control systems, including preventative maintenance, design, and modifications.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
  • Develop and implement new skills and knowledge, with on-the-job training and mentoring provided.
  • Travel throughout the UK, working nights on a regular basis, and have a full UK driving licence and valid passport.
Requirements
  • Degree/HND in control, electrical, electronic, or software engineering.
  • Ability to problem-solve and diagnose issues, with excellent communication skills.
  • Competent in programming PLCs using Ladder Logic, Function block, or Statement List methods.
  • Understanding of design and configuration of IP networks, and ability to configure CCTV, PA, and telephone systems over an IP network.
