Job Title: Analog IC Design Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Analog IC Design Engineer to join IC Resources, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of technical professionals in the electronics industry.

As an Analog IC Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-speed analog circuits, including SerDes, RF multi-tone designs, equalizers, clock generators, clock and data recovery circuits, ADCs, serializers, and output drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-speed analog circuits using advanced semiconductor process technologies, preferably in finFET technology nodes.
  • Develop block-level specifications, modeling, design, and verification of very high-speed analog circuits.
  • Support customers' requirements, design specifications, and product delivery, as well as supporting IP and chip-level integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design tools, technologies, and methodologies to ensure optimal design performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Analog IC Design, ideally in multi-gigabit serial data-link transceivers (SerDes) or RF multi-tone designs.
  • Expertise in the design and layout of high-speed circuits, including oscillators, phase-locked loops, delay-locked loops, and other fundamental building blocks.
  • Advanced user of EDA tools for design and verification of Analog circuits, preferably using the Cadence Virtuoso environment.
  • Strong understanding of transistor and wireline communications fundamentals, as well as layout approaches and design techniques used for high-speed and high-precision circuits.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
