We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payscale Expert to join our IT team at Renesas Electronics Corporation.
This role will involve administering and supporting other HR-related applications/software, including SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM.
You will work closely with our IT team and HR colleagues to define internal processes, select tools, and implement them based on identified HR needs.
A key qualification for this role is expert knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM, as well as a Bachelor or Master's degree with relevant background.
We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, hybrid working options, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
