A Leading Logistics Company seeks an experienced Trade Compliance Specialist to oversee the import process. With expertise in customs clearance and a passion for delivering results, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless imports while adhering to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include referencing jobs within the forwarding system, updating job information, verifying bill of lading presence, arranging container deliveries, advising consignees on charges, obtaining shipment releases, checking quay dates, utilizing port community systems, preparing customs documentation, and issuing necessary documents.

This hybrid role offers flexibility, allowing you to work from home or at our office in Felixstowe. As a specialist, you will leverage your knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements, leveraging proficiency in CargoWise, Destin8/CNS, and Microsoft Office tools. You must possess a minimum of three years' experience in customs clearance and strong organizational skills, communicating effectively and adapting to changing situations.

In exchange for your hard work and dedication, we offer competitive compensation of £28,000-£30,000 annually, 25 days' paid leave, opportunities for growth, and a collaborative workplace. Please note that we require the right to work in the UK.
