Job Title: Project Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect or Architectural Technologist/Technician to act as account manager for a key client account. The client has a regional framework agreement covering South Wales and Central UK, with work including new build, refurbishment, MOJ, and MOD projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversight of a small team of staff
* Liaison with the Client, contractors, and consultant teams
* Ensuring the team delivers quality designs and technical information
* Establishing good client relationships and monitoring the framework portal

Requirements:

* Good knowledge of Building Regulations and the Planning System
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
* Ability to Job Run
