Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Therapy Specialist to join our team at Aspris School. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people with varying degrees of emotional behavioral difficulties, autism, ADHD, and associated challenges.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, resilience, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. With experience in 1:1 assessments, attending meetings, EHCP reviews, observing and coaching staff, and writing programs, you will be well-equipped to support our students and work closely with other professionals.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to travel between our two school sites in Staffordshire and Derbyshire, with occasional visits to Rugeley School. The rota for this position includes 2 days at Strathmore College, 2 days at Eastwood Grange School, and 1 day at Rugeley School.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
