The Football Association is seeking a Risk Oversight Manager to play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of learning and innovation activities. The role involves managing projects and risks, ensuring project objectives align with business demands while mitigating risk to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage strategic priority projects, including Digital System Transition and qualification design, by monitoring risk and managing ongoing tasks and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate potential challenges across strategic and core learning activity within the Learning and Innovation team.

As part of The FA's commitment to ensuring a safe environment for everyone in football, every employee will be required to complete a DBS check.

Annual Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Essential Requirements:
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and their application to learning and innovation projects.
  • Knowledge of financial reporting within a project context.
  • Demonstrable experience in risk management, including identifying risks, creating mitigation strategies, and tracking risk trends.
  • Experience negotiating and managing project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
