We are seeking a skilled Machinist Craftsman to join our team at Richard Quinn Studio in South Bermondsey. As a Sample Maker, you will be responsible for creating high-end womenswear show samples using luxury fabrics such as silk velvets, duchess silks, and chiffon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pin hems and bagged out linings
  • French seams and loose lining
  • Experience working with voluminous dresses, corsetry, and tailoring
  • Embroidery skills a plus

Working with Fine Fabrics:

  • Silk Velvets
  • Duchess Silks
  • Silk
  • Embroidery fabrics
  • Chiffon
  • Taffeta
  • Organza

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with fine fabrics and luxury garments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills

What We Offer:
