About the Role

This is an exceptional chance to join a prestigious Dispute Resolution team, where you will have the opportunity to handle a variety of cases, including disputes over wills, inheritance claims, estate administration challenges, and trust disputes.

  • Manage a diverse caseload of contentious probate matters, including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and disputes over the validity of wills.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client team to provide a joined-up service for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in dispute resolution, contentious probate, or private client law. A passion for contentious probate and a keen interest in building expertise in this specialist area are essential.
