Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our client's team in Fareham and surrounding areas. This is a temporary opportunity with potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance. Tasks include:
- Executing house/unit renovations & upgrades as instructed.
- Completing routine and scheduled maintenance of properties including painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
- Cleaning internal/external properties.
- Conducting regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000, paid weekly via PAYE for the initial 3 months. Compensation may adjust based on performance and future arrangements.
